Shipping

Products can ship from multiple distributor centers. Items on your order may arrive at separate times. We cannot ship to p.o. boxes.

Delivery

Standard shipping method is U.P.S or Fedex ground. All orders over .00 qualify for free shipping except for the following exemptions;

• Very large or oversized items
• Very heavy items
• Redirected shipping items

Damaged or Defective items

All items should be inspected for damages or defects upon receipt of the delivery. Customers have up to 15 days to report damages or manufacturers defects to us at prestige lighting and design. At our discretion, we will replace the product at no additional charge as long as we are notified within the 15 day period after delivery.

Damaged or defective items need to be returned in original box with all parts and paperwork included.
